Personal protective equipment, commonly referred to as "PPE" is equipment worn to minimize exposure to hazards that cause serious workplace injurie.  OSHA standard 1910.132 outlines the requirements for the use of protective equipment.  This course covers the basics of workplace PPE.

Lock out / Tag out is a safety procedure used to protect employees from the unexpected startup of machinery or equipment. OSHA standard 1910147 outlines the requirements for the control of hazardous energy (lockout/tagout). This course covers the basics of the Lock Out / Tag Out requirements.
